What our customers think:
The Coach charm chain is valued for its playful assortment of charms that personalize and elevate handbags. Customers appreciate its sturdy build, brass tone finish that matches hardware, and how it serves as a strap extender or decorative accent, adding color and whimsy. A few customers mention loose crystals or wish both ends had clasps, yet most find it a versatile, high quality accent for their bags.
